I can not hear if I try the URL

Hello! I'm new to this forum. I am building my wifi radio / Asus WL 550 GU. I followed the indications but at the end of part 5 I can only listen to radio stations if I know the IP. I can not hear if I try the URL.
For example, I can not hear SLAY radio at http://relay3.slayradio.org:8000/ but I can hear it at http: 193.156.26.36
Is this really true in this part? :)

It sounds like your DNS server settings are not working. Check the address of your nameserver in part 4.
