How to Install the trx file

hey

Now it’s time to transfer our .trx file to the router. These instructions are for OS X. Instructions for other operating systems are here.


the link for other operating systems is down please i need this one :)

i have done this http://mikrocontroller.heldt.eu/index.p ... rt-adapter that is a right connector or ???

is that correct that i have the cabel tx to rx and rx to tx ??

the last question: I Need the parts for the led Display but i cant buy in sparkfun iam from germany and that is to expensiv to me. Were i can find the partys

The cable I used is this one:

It should be available from many places, it is the FTDI-232-3V3 cable.

The adapter you posted should work, just make sure you put it into 3.3V mode.

It is always confusing which RX/TX to connect, but I would start by connecting TX to RX and RX to TX. If nothing happens, try reversing the wires.

The parts for the display should be available from Conrad or Farnell. The LCD display is just a standard backlit 2x16 LCD. All of the other parts are very ordinary, even the microcontroller should be easy to find.
