Problem was bad soldering spots. I fixed the one on the picture. Greetz

If I remove the tube and turn it on? Nothing happens.
BUT if I then touch the minus pole of the tube holder (or the L1-103 inductor) with my finger, it clicks fast as when the tube would be installed.

Opposite day: Ticking too fast!?
Noob Question:
After soldering/assembling I turned the VR1 all the way counter-clockwise.
I turned on S1 and it ticked like crazy and the LED blinked also very fast.
