Suggest HV circuit modification for 500 V

Please suggest HV circuit modification for 500Volts, I am using 5V Vcc, 10mH inductor and rest are same. Please suggest modification for 500V as I need to use LND712 geiger tube.

Here is my circuit, Inductor rating is 20mH, 0.3A current, Resistance 6.55 ohms. But still I am not getting 500 V output on adjustment, its becoming stable at 400V DC
