Serial Port logging
i am using REALterm and on step 4 in your instructions i was wondering which port to use mine automatically comes up as 3 but yours is 22. My CTS [8] blinks when i plug it in but when I turn it on I dont get a welcome message or any data appearing.
Re: Serial Port logging
The port number to use depends on what number Windows assigned to your USB-serial adapter. You can check this in the Windows Device Manager.
Make sure the baud rate is set correctly and that you clicked the "Change" button in Realterm after setting it. Alternatively you can click the "Open" button once to close the port, and again to open it again. Sometimes this works when the Change button doesn't have an effect.
