Geiger LCD
Can a LCD be added to the Mightyohm kit?
Re: Geiger LCD
Yes, but not without a bit of work. There is no tutorial or kit available, but it could be done. What are you looking for, specifically?

Re: Geiger LCD
I would think that one fairly straightforward approach would be using serial output to an Arduino where it could be parsed and displayed using an LCD shield.brianweber4 wrote:Can a LCD be added to the Mightyohm kit?

Re: Geiger LCD
Simplest way might be to use the AdaFruit I2C/SPI LCD Backpack
https://www.adafruit.com/products/292
that would require picking up some pins off the ATtiny and some sw hacking for support

Re: Geiger LCD
You could try the DMAD, its a little pricey at $59 for a kit, but works well,brianweber4 wrote:Can a LCD be added to the Mightyohm kit?
you will also need a Logic Level Converter, you can get one from sparkfun.com,
the DMAD is a LCD display that is able to read the pulse output from the
Mightyohm and likely many other Geiger Counters, its able to display
Count Per Minute, Counts Per Second, and random numbers.

I would think that there is a cheaper way, I just don't know it.
