PID controller CH102

Hi, I found this forum after looking on youtube. Iam setting up a CH102 PID with a PT100. I dont know what Ive dont exactly but I believe I somehow entered stop mode which I cannot exit. Ive changed some settings, which I believe was stupid. The display only shows "Stop" and 39.4 below. Is there anyway to reset the whole thing or anyone can help me to exit stop mode and enter the right settings?
